Cousins Paintball, Coram Long Island

A little bit out of the way for those living in Connecticut or the Mid-Hudson Valley area, but if you’re dedicated to the sport of paintball, there should be no limit on the travel time for a great weekend of paintball. Overall, a nice field with a mix of town-like bunkers spaced in the woods of Suffolk County, but not too much in the way of smaller cover and bunkers in-between the ‘city’ areas. Played there the last Long Island Big Game with my fellow teammate Jewce and a few of the legendary Master Blasters. Admission for the weekend of playing was within reason for a big game, but for the price of a case of paint, I’d expect consistent shapes and no oil leakage in the bags. Yes, there were a few bounces on players at nominal engagement range, but no breaks in my 2k Lightning Autococker Pump, save for when I double loaded. I later learned that their field rentals were all Tippmanns, which explained why the paint had to be that durable.
